There’s a car park conveniently located opposite the venue on New Bird Street.

No Re-Entry – Once you have entered the venue, re-entry is not permitted. If you leave, you will forfeit admission.

Ticketing – Please have your ticket QR code readily accessible for scanning upon entry.

Security Measures – For your safety, our security team will conduct bag searches and pat-downs at the entrance.

Drug Policy – We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs. Any substances found will be confiscated, and the individual will be removed from the venue.

Challenge 25 – When purchasing alcoholic beverages, please be prepared to show ID if you appear under 25.

Smoking and Vaping – Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue. A designated smoking area is available towards the back of the venue.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse – We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse or harassment of our staff members. Any individual engaging in such behaviour will be immediately removed from the venue and may face further action.
